Project Management - Landscape - Planning

The client wanted a complete redesign of their existing house, that would marry quality design and materials with practical and functional spaces and systems. The increased built up area was enlarged primarily through the introduction of two sun rooms (conservatories) on the ground floor. Those along with an over-sized sky light in the central vertical circulation hall allowed for the house to be flooded with natural daylight, yet protected from solar heat gains. The design style is contemporary modern, incorporating various design elements important to the Client that have been streamlined into a coherent language. The design additionally incorporates a number of features including heated floors, solar water heating, internal communications system and hidden automated security shutters.

The Landscape continued along the theme of contemporary modern that includes a bold built-in outdoor dining table and an outdoor show kitchen.
