The Client of this residence was particular about certain classic features that were required throughout the house. The desired style was a blend of contemporary layout, vintage detailing and state of the art home technology. Paneling on the walls and doors, paisley wall paper and a wrought iron stair railing were challenging to blend into a tight and modernly configured layout. In general the spaces were kept simple with detailing at key points to add the desired rich classic feel. Sliding doors and French glass windows allowed for functional use of the space without compromising the room sizes.
